Tilisi Developments is developing a 400-acre master-planned mixed-use and mixed-income community near Nairobi.

Tilisi is located about 30 kilometres from Nairobi CBD and combines serviced land for logistics, residential, commercial, education, medical, retail, hospitality and recreation uses. The company currently describes the project as 73% sold and under development, with planned and ongoing investment exceeding KES 60 billion. Business Daily reported that Tilisi partnered with Chigwell Holdings on more than 300 homes and that the estate had already installed roads, lighting, water, sewage and electricity infrastructure in its first phase. The development is positioned off the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway in Kiambu County.
