Mountain View is an Egyptian developer of residential communities and resorts in Cairo and coastal destinations.

Mountain View was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Cairo. Its first project, Mountain View 1 in New Cairo, launched in 2006, followed by developments including iCity New Cairo, iCity October, Chillout Park and Ras El Hikma. The company has expanded its portfolio to East and West Cairo and Egypt’s Red Sea and Mediterranean coasts. Public sources also identify architect Amr Soliman as its founder and executive chairman.
