Madaar says it has been shaping Egyptian communities since 2015. Its portfolio includes Azha Sokhna, Azha Ras El Hekma and Kinz New Zayed, covering resort and residential development. The company reports a 1,000-feddan development footprint and more than 3,400 residents across its destinations. Its 2025 Kinz launch was announced with an investment plan of EGP 30 billion.
