Lakeside Estate is an Accra-based housing developer that offers apartments and detached and storey homes in gated communities, with amenities such as security, tarred roads and water tanks listed on its site. Its own website says estate development began in 2001, that it is a member of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association and the Association of Ghana Industries, and that it has developed 14 communities and sold about 600 housing units. It won Overall Real Estate Company of the Year at the 35th GREDA awards in 2022, has won the CIMG Real Estate Company of the Year award four times, is developing the Lakeside Hills community, and also runs Lakeside Marina Park.
