IHS Towers Nigeria owns, operates and develops shared communications infrastructure for mobile and connectivity providers.

IHS Nigeria was founded in 2001 and is the largest market of the IHS Towers group. Its 2023 to 2024 impact reporting states that the Nigerian business operated more than 16,000 sites and employed 1,361 people at the end of 2024. The parent company, IHS Holding Limited, is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under IHS and operates shared communications infrastructure across several emerging markets. Nigeria is therefore a major operating market within the group rather than a separate publicly listed parent company.
