Centum Real Estate is a wholly owned subsidiary of Centum Investment Company and has focused on real estate development since the group reorganised its real-estate business in 2009. Its portfolio includes the 102-acre Two Rivers development in Nairobi, the 10,254-acre Vipingo Development in Kilifi County and Pearl Marina Estates in Entebbe, Uganda. Centum’s corporate reporting describes the subsidiary as responsible for end-to-end real estate development and project management. The company maintains a Nairobi office at Two Rivers Mall.
