It owns and develops city-scale, mixed-income projects across the continent, including Tatu City and the Jigna mixed-use development (Kenya and Abuja respectively), Appolonia City and King City in Ghana, Kiswishi Special Economic Zone in the DR Congo, Roma Park in Zambia, and Alaro City in Nigeria’s Lekki Free Zone, a partnership with the Lagos State Government.
