No. The ecosystem covers homes, apartments, land, offices and commercial properties, and also hotels, shortlets, property managers, agencies, developers, professionals, services and housing finance opportunities.
Who can join?
Buyers, renters, leasers, property owners, investors, property professionals and businesses can all create an account. Some features, including selected communication and financing related opportunities, may be reserved for premium members.
Do all features cost money?
Basic access and premium features are different. Where a feature needs premium membership, the platform says so, and the latest terms and programme rules apply.
