Mi Vida Homes develops residential communities in Nairobi across affordable, mid-market and premium housing segments.

Mi Vida Homes was formed in 2018 as a joint venture between Actis and Shapoorji Pallonji Kenya to develop residential housing around Nairobi. Business Daily reported that the platform was initially backed by KES 12 billion and began with the 740-unit Amaiya project at Garden City. Its portfolio has since expanded to projects in Riruta, Ruaka and Tatu City, including the 156-unit Elara development. The company now operates from Garden City on Thika Superhighway and reports more than 830 homes delivered across Nairobi.
