Monier Construction Company Nigeria Limited was incorporated in 1957 and has its headquarters on Mile 7, Ikwerre Road, Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt. Independent company records describe its primary activity as civil engineering. In 2025, Punch and Channels Television reported that Monier was the contractor for reconstruction of the Rivers State House of Assembly Complex. The project includes offices, an elevator, gallery, meeting rooms and a conference hall.
